'Serious incident' leads to four-hour road closure
Roads in Douglas are now open following what was described as a 'serious incident'.
Police cordoned off Marathon Road to its junction with Ballaquayle Road and Hutchinson Square.
Armed officers were in the area for safety precautions but were not called into action.
The rear lane of Stanley View was also closed off at around 8.15am this morning.
The Isle of Man Constabulary says they'll continue to have a presence in the area for the time being.
No further information on the incident has yet been revealed.
