A former soldier running 5,000 miles around the UK coastlines, to raise funds towards assistance for military personal, will start the final leg of his journey in Douglas today.
After being medically diagnosed with PTSD in 2020 due to his work - Paul Minter founded Head Up - a mental health charity for the armed forces community.
Through the charity he is running the length and breath of the UK to raise awareness around mental health and raise funds.
He begins his run around the Island today and he says he's keen to meet other veterans on the Island:
