22 year old released on bail
Merseyside police say a man’s been arrested in connection with the deaths of two people – one from the Isle of Man – after an event at a Liverpool nightclub.
The 22 year old from Seaforth was arrested on suspicion of drug dealing and released on bail.
47 year old Andrew Glaister of Ramsey died after attending a closing-down event for Cream nightclub on Boxing Day.
A 19 year old man from Merseyside also died, sparking a warning from police over dangerous ecstasy tablets.
A police spokesman says the man’s arrest is not being "directly linked" to the deaths at this stage.
