23-year-old fails to appear in court
A Santon man accused of beaching the terms of his early release from prison is believed to have left the Island.
Twenty-three-year-old Anthony Kevin Wiseman, of the Newtown Estate, was due to appear at Douglas Courthouse.
He faces three counts of breaching his conditional release licence but failed to attend.
The court heard an arrest warrant had been issued and the case has been adjourned.
