Plans to bring art students into the heart of the Douglas community and to find a use for the Market Hall off North Quay have been formally announced.
The Market Hall Project, which will start next autumn, is an attempt to breathe life into the flagging shopping venue.
Douglas Corporation, who are the owners, have linked up with the Islands College and Douglas Development Partnership for the venture.
