Island delegation at Edinburgh International Culture Summit
Culture, Heritage and the Arts can help build resilient communities.
That's the view of Arts Development Manager Emma Callin who's just returned from the Edinburgh International Culture Summit.
The event drew together some 40 cultural delegations from around the world . .. including one from the Isle of Man which also included Minister for Education and Children Tim Crookall and the Department's Chief Executive Officer Professor Ronald Barr.
Emma says the arts can often be undervalued on the Island
