Chance for youngsters to discuss issues
The first "ASK Ramsey" event gets underway at Ramsey Town Hall today (Sat 11am)
Brainchild of Special Constable Andy Culshaw, the new initiative aims to help young people learn about community and social issues.
From 11 this morning youngsters will have a chance to drop in to Ramsey Town Hall and discuss issues such as drugs, alcohol and sexual health with professionals from groups such as the Youth Justice team, Motiv8 and members of the Isle of Man Constabulary.
Andy says the idea came to him after he was repeatedly asked questions by youngsters.
The ASK Ramsey event will take place between 11am and 3pm at Ramsey Town Hall and there will be free refreshments. . . including hot dogs
