Police warn against violence on Christmas nights out
The Island's police are warning assaults against those working in the Island's pubs and bars will not be tolerated.
Officers have been working with the licensed trade, Public Health and taxi drivers to ensure the public enjoys the festive period is a safe and responsible manner.
Sergeant Alan Shimmin from the alcohol unit says it's been busy for the constabulary over the last few weeks.
He has this message for those heading out this weekend:
