External relations director says proposals are receiving the expected scrutiny
Isle of Man Government's executive director of external relations says the UK government is giving the Island's Assisted Dying Bill the 'due attention it deserves'.
A recently-published Freedom of Information request revealed the UK Ministry of Justice has contacted the Manx government 12 times since the legislation was sent for Royal Assent.
It's led to concern from some about the length of time it's taking, and the level of input the UK is having.
