Company recently issued apology over 'teething problems' with system
The Office of Fair Trading says Isle of Man Energy remains committed to resolving issues with its new billing system.
Chair John Wannenburgh confirmed he's been given assurances by the director of the company.
Last month Isle of Man Energy apologised to customers following, what it called, 'teething problems' with the new online setup.
In the House of Keys Mr Wannenburgh was asked how many times, so far this year, the OFT had received complaints about the matter:
