Police launch appeal for information
Someone tried to set fire to one of the toilets at the Bottleneck car park on Douglas promenade a week ago, say police.
It happened some time between 5pm on Sunday (4 March) and 8am the following day.
Officers say the damage caused is significant and will be costly to repair.
They have now launched an appeal for information, and are asking anyone who knows anything about the damage to call police headquarters on 631212.
