The Lancaster report focuses on fit-for-work tests
The author of a report into controversial fit-for-work tests says attitudes towards employment need to change.
A 47-page document has been released highlighting flaws in the way Personal Capability Assessments were carried out by Dependability Ltd in the Isle of Man.
Its findings revealed the tests to be oversimplified and unsuitable for more complex cases of those signed off on long-term sickness.
