A date has been set for the retrial of the Island's Attorney General.
Fifty-two-year-old Stephen Harding of Glen Vine is charged with perjury and committing acts against public justice, both of which he denies.
At the original trial earlier this month the jury was discharged having failed to reach a unanimous verdict.
The retrial will begin on Monday, February 3.
