Drop-in clinics at Manx Care's audiology department have been suspended until further notice due to safety concerns from overcrowding.
The healthcare provided is instead asking patients to book appointments in advance to ensure services are delivered in a safe and effective manner.
Appointments can be made by calling 650407.
Manx Care says it appreciates patients' understanding and co-operation.
