Commitee report calls for introduction of autism champion
Providing ongoing representation for those with autism is one of the priorities for the select committee looking into accommodation for vulnerable young adults.
The committee's report, due to be laid before Tynwald this month, features 21 recommendations, including the introduction of an autism champion.
The role would involve representing the views of those on the spectrum, and overseeing the development of an autism pathway for the Island.
