
A backbench MHK says Chris Robertshaw may have misunderstood the dynamics of the House of Keys and Tynwald.
Following his resignation as policy and reform minister, Mr Robertshaw has been critical of the Council of Ministers - for what he says is its reluctance to move away from the so-called 'silo mentality'.
He's also criticised backbenchers for 'nitpicking', as he put it, and not making positive contributions.
