Allegedly assaulted a child
A Douglas man accused of carrying out an indecent assault on a child has been bailed.
Thirty-four-year-old Nicholas Derek Jones, of Selborne Road, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He’s charged with assaulting the child and possession of drugs on 17 October but hasn’t yet entered any pleas.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500. He’s next due to appear in court on 11 March.
