MHK a 'really nice guy' says Chief Minister
Government has appointed a new Children's Champion.
Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker has taken over the role, which looks after vulnerable young people and those in care, after Daphne Caine resigned last month.

But Chief Minister Howard Quayle says the role is clearly defined.
