Six teams went head-to-head in grand final
Students from Ballakermeen High School have taken the top spot at the One World Centre’s ‘Charity Challenge’ grand final.
The competition sees Year 12 students tasked with learning more about overseas charity work before presenting their findings in front of an audience.
Now in its 17th year, the challenge culminated with six teams going head-to-head.
They were:
- Ballakermeen High School – Disability Africa
- Castle Rushen High School – Village Africa
- King William’s College – The Virtual Doctors
- QE2 High School – Pump Aid
- Ramsey Grammar School – Leprosy Mission
- St Ninian’s High School – Self Help Africa
