Case to be committed to Court of General Gaol
A Ballasalla man declined to enter a plea after appearing in court charged with possessing heroin with intent to supply.
Forty-year-old Jonathon Edward Myers appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks via videolink from the prison.
Mr Myers said he entered no plea to the charge, and Mr Brooks declined jurisdiction over the case
The matter is due to be committed to the Court of General Gaol on 27 June, with Mr Myers remanded until his next court appearance on 30 May.
