A Ballasalla man will stand trial after denying a charge of driving while over the cannabis limit.
Ryan Mark Sharvin previously entered a not guilty plea.
Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks has scheduled the 22-year-old's trial to take place on 2 August.
Mr Sharvin will remain on bail until his trial begins.
Update: The trial date of 2 August was vacated.
At Douglas Courthouse on 12 September Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood set a new trial date of 19 January; bail continues.
