60-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse
A Ballasalla woman who has been accused of almost £70,000 worth of benefit fraud will appear in court again in the New Year.
Jilian Mcgrath, of Crossag Terrace, has been charged with six offences.
The 60-year-old allegedly failed to inform Treasury of a change in her circumstances, and reportedly made a false representation to obtain benefits, between June 2018 and June 2023.
Bail was granted until her next court appearance on 9 January.
