The case of a Ballaugh man charged with causing the death of his 10 year-old daughter has been committed to a higher court.
Raymond French, 45, has been bailed to a Court of General Gaol on a date to be fixed.
Mr French was driving the family's car when it was involved in a head-on crash with a bus close to the Ballakaighan Corner near Castletown in October last year.
His daughter Alexis was killed in the crash.
Mr French, who is now in a wheelchair after the injuries he sustained, has been charged with her manslaughter.
He also faces charges of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious bodily harm to another man by dangerous driving.
