An environmental charity on the Isle of Man has expressed its shock after finding one of its bins thrown close to a 'very steep and very high cliff'.
Beach Buddies Isle of Man says apart from causing a hassle it also placed a member in danger as he tried to retrieve it over the side of Marine Drive.
The organisation understands there was a witness while the bin was being thrown and have reported it to the police.
