Sunday shore sweep session swapped for Saturday
Beach Buddies is breaking tradition this weekend in its mission to clean up the Island's coastline.
Its cleaning duties will take place on Saturday morning instead of its usual Sunday meetings in the hope of attracting more volunteers.
The beach getting a makeover this time is Spaldrick in Port Erin, a section of shore charity founder Bill Day says traps a lot of rubbish.
Volunteers can meet at 10.30am and there's a prize for the person who guesses the number of items picked up.
