Concerns over sanitary products on shore
Volunteers will scour Ramsey Bay for baby wipes this morning.
Beach Buddies is counting the cost of hygiene products deposited on the shoreline.
The volunteer group wants to monitor levels over the coming months, to determine how well the new sewerage treatment works processes the waste.
It's predicted thousands of wipes and sanitary towels have been washed up along the three mile stretch over the last decade.
Volunteers will meet at 10.30am on the slipway, opposite Ramsey Rugby Club.
