Community attempt to preserve natural area
Volunteers will attempt to transform a community spot in Douglas today (Sunday, 11 July) in order to preserve it for the future.
Local residents will be joined by Beach Buddies to tackle the Manor Woods area near Scoill Vallajeelt.
Litter will be disposed of, the drainage will be unblocked and the site will be tidied up in a bid to encourage nature and wildlife.
