Third time lucky after storms
Recent stormy weather has presented Beach Buddies with a formidable task this morning.
The seaside cleaning group had hoped to set to work at Langness a fortnight ago - but persistent wind and rain put paid to two previous attempts.
Volunteers are now meeting at a revised time of 10.30am, in the car park adjacent to the lighthouse.
All are welcome, and as ever, all kit is provided.
It comes on the same weekend as the UK Marine Conservation Society is attempting to organise Britain's 'biggest ever beach clean'.
