Warning traps now in place at Manx ports
The Manx authorities are on the guard against a voracious predator.
It's a yellow legged Asian hornet and, after appearing in the south of Britain, it has now spread to Yorkshire.
If it came to the Island, it could create havoc on the bee population.
Government bee adviser, Harry Owens says warning traps are now in place at Manx ports:
'Deterrent' sentence imposed for ketamine importer
Several sailings at risk or cancelled due to adverse weather
Glencrutchery Road to close to northbound traffic
MHK's shock over Hospice announcement
Sulby Straight closure in place this weekend
