Mass outing for Beach Buddies
One of the largest mass cleanups of the Manx coastline ever is taking place this morning.
Beach Buddies is teaming up with 200 staff from Barclays to clean at nine venues around the Island - at the same time.
Volunteers are welcome to join in either Groudle, Castletown, Ramsey Promenade, Langness, Spaldrick, Ballaugh, Port Soderick, Happy Valley and Douglas Promenade.
It comes in the same week dozens of major British businesses signed up to a new pledge aiming to cut down on plastic waste.
The sessions take place simultaneously between 10.30am and 12pm.
Founder Bill Dale says it's a unique event, and could provide a further boost to volunteer numbers:
