Hundreds of students across the Isle of Man are waking up to a big day today.
After last week’s A-level results, today it’s the turn of GCSE students to find out how they fared in their exams.
The Department of Education’s 11 to 19 coordinator Paul Craine says while they might not be quite as stressful as A-levels, they’re still important qualifications.
And he says they can point the way for the rest of someone’s education and career:
