The Association of English Cathedrals recognised the project's success
The volunteers behind the 'The Big Table' initiative at Peel Cathedral have been presented with their award.
Set up by the Association of English Cathedrals, the volunteers are the recipients of the 'Cathedral volunteer of the year team award'.
Anna Pitt and Jane Bower from the organisation came over to the Island to present the award to the volunteers.
It's after the Dean of Peel Cathedral Nigel Godfrey praised the success of the project after receiving an MBE for his contributions.
