
People across the Island will be donning rubber gloves and picking up rubbish this weekend to play their part in the Island-wide Big Tidy Up.
The initiative began as a Douglas Corporation campaign in the capital, but has now been taken up elsewhere too.
Children at Fairfield Primary School in Douglas have been out with bin bags and litter picking equipment to tidy up their local area today.
