Celebrity promotes new set of commemorative stamps
A famous face made a cameo in the Island this weekend, to ring in the start of the pantomime season.
Christopher Biggins greeted the public at Douglas Post Office yesterday (Sat), where he was promoting a new set of commemorative stamps.
The collectible set features imagery from six timeless pantomimes, from Dick Turpin to the Wizard of Oz.
He even dropped in on rehearsals for the latter production, which opens at the Gaiety Theatre on 16 December.
The stage and screen star told Manx Radio it's been fun.
