Police seek witnesses to incident involving blue Triumph
A biker who was injured in an incident on the Mountain Road earlier this week has died.
The 44-year-old man was riding a blue Triumph when the accident happened between Joey's and Guthries at around 7.20pm on Wednesday.
Police say they would still like to hear from witnesses who haven't been in contact and would particularly like to speak to anyone who may have captured the incident on camera.
The number to ring is police headquarters on 631 212.
Officers have passed on their condolences to the rider's family and friends.
