Bikers deliver vital equipment to Ukrainian schools affected by conflict

Two schools receive equipment to help staff and pupils

A well-known face in the world of motorcycling on the Island is in Ukraine to deliver equipment to schools affected by the ongoing conflict there.

Vice Chair of the Manx Motorcycle Club Jim Hunter, along with two fellow bikers, has visited a school today to drop off a winter power disruption unit, made possible by donations from people connected to the Manx Grand Prix.

The trio have also given pupils other materials which will help them with their studies while they cope with the stress of living with the threat of air raids.
