Gales forecast for Irish Sea
High winds forecast for the Irish Sea have led to the cancellation of this Sunday's sailings to and from Birkenhead.
The Steam Packet says the Ben-my-Chree will now run an additional sailing to Heysham tomorrow evening, sailing at 8pm, with a return scheduled for 2.15am on Sunday.
The Met Office has forecast gale-force winds in the Irish Sea on Sunday.
