Peter Eagles addresses final sitting of parliament before retirement
The Bishop of Sodor and Man must give Tynwald priority over other commitments.
That's according to Peter Eagles who is retiring after more than six years in the role.
He will formally step down later this month and will return to England with his wife to be closer to his family.
Bishop Peter told gathered members at his final Tynwald sitting today (18 October) that it has been a 'privilege and a blessing' to be part of the Island's parliament:
