Speaks during drugs policy debate
The Isle of Man's new Bishop of Sodor and Man has delivered her maiden speech in Tynwald.
Patricia Hillas, who was consecrated at York Minster in October, is the Island's first woman to hold the role.
She spoke during a debate on the government's new drug policy, which aims to reduce the harms associated with drug use.
