Peter Eagles steps down this weekend
The Bishop of Sodor and Man hopes his replacement will 'rejoice' in the gift of being head of the Island's church.
Peter Eagles is retiring this weekend after six years in the role.
He's already taken part in his final Tynwald sitting and Sunday service.
The recruitment process for his replacement is underway with shortlisting of candidates and interviews due to take place early next year.
And he has this advice for the next person to take up the post:
