Folk group scoops 2018 prize
The 2018 Arrane Son Mannin (Song for Mann) competition has been won by folk group Biskee Brisht.
Manx soloists and bands pitted their wits against each other at the Masonic Hall in Peel, with the best Manx original song decided by a panel of judges.
The successful five-piece group will now go on to represent the Island at the Pan Celtic International Song Contest in April.
