Four people refunded last year
The Department of Health and Social Care says it will write to more than 500 local authorities in the UK asking them to accept the Island’s blue disabled parking badges.
This morning in the House of Keys, Health Minister Howard Quayle was asked about the issue by Oncha MHK Peter Karran.
Mr Quayle said four people in the last year had been given refunds after their cars were ticketed, and local authorities in the UK could accept the badges if they chose.
