Chief Minister says Island must up its game
The chief minister has taken a fresh look at Agenda for Change - the Manx government's guiding policy document.
The Agenda set out a direction of travel, shaping the work of government in line with a number of over-arching themes and targets set by the Council of Ministers.
Four years on, the document has been updated - and Allan Bell will seek Tynwald approval for the revised blueprint next week.
Mr Bell says the Agenda has to respond to present challenges.
