A new feature on a website aims to boost people's job prospects in the Crown Dependencies.
Isle-News.com has launched a job board within the site.
It highlights situations vacant across the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Site founder James Qualtrough says such a venture seemed right for the current economic climate:
