Agreement reached not to fell 25 trees
Changes to the Manx planning system have been promised after a controversial application to cut down trees sparked a week of protest.
An agreement was reached yesterday (Friday, 2 July) not to cut down 25 elms on the Braaid Road in St Marks.
It followed talks between government and the landowner.
