Gold medal winner speaks to Manx Radio after medal ceremony
The Isle of Man's first Commonwealth Games champion in 20 years says anything is possible if you work hard enough.
Cyclist Matthew Bostock won the points race in the velodrome to secure the final gold medal of the event in Glasgow.
He becomes the first Manx athlete to return from the games with a gold medal since Mark Cavendish in 2006, and was the Island's second medallist at these games following David Mullarkey's bronze medal in the 10,000m.
Speaking after his medal ceremony, Matt told Manx Radio what it takes to be a champion:
