Douglas shop closing after 'difficult couple of weeks'
Douglas-based shop and bar Bottle Monkey has announced it has closed its doors for the final time.
The owners say the decision comes after 'a difficult couple of weeks'.
The company has thanked everyone who has supported the shop 'through everything from break ins to national award wins and everything in-between' and but added that this descision 'doesn't mean it's the end'.
They are currently showcasing at the Isle of Man Beer and Cider Festival at the Villa Marina - which is open until 11pm today.
