Charity welcomes those less fortunate
People who are alone or vulnerable have the chance to socialise with others over a festive meal today.
The Isle of Man branch of the Salvation Army is holding its annual Boxing Day gathering at its headquarters at the former Fairfield school in Douglas, starting at 11am.
Last year, 94 people were catered for.
Lieutenant Rachel Nieuwoudt, who's one of the charity's commanders here, says it's a great opportunity for everyone to get together:
