Braddan Commissioners says it intends to 'defy' a 28-day notice issued by the Department of Health and Social Care to restrict vehicle access to a new community centre.
The order comes into effect today, with the government arguing measures put forward by the local authority were not considered ‘rigorous enough’ to provide proper safeguards or alleviate issues.
Concerns have been raised previously about how this bodes for parents with children at the nursery, with some telling us it's causing them anxiety.
