A Braddan man will appear in court again next month accused of assaulting a woman.
Eighteen-year-old Kyson Quentin Stephen Bell of Manannan Court in Braddan excused attending court when his case was heard by High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He’s facing one count of assault on 12 October, but prosecution advocate James Robinson withdrew charges of assault and making nuisance phone calls.
The case was adjourned and Mr Bell is next due to appear on 15 December.
